SHIPPING

• Orders are dispatched the same day for all orders received before 05:30 PM IST.

• Shipping timeline varies from 1 to 6 days, depending upon your location. 

• Cash on Delivery (COD), which is available at no extra charge for order values above 999. However, for orders below this value, there will be an additional fee of 50 Rs.

RETURNS

• You can place the return request through our WhatsApp number or e-mail.
• Reverse shipping charges are borne by the customer 

REFUNDS

• Once we receive the product back at our warehouse, a quality inspection will be done following which the refund process will be initiated and the payment will reflect in your bank account in 5-6 working days.
• For Prepaid Orders, the refund amount will be reflected back to the source.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund amount will be credited to the bank account provided by the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations will only be permitted until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
