How can I return the product?

Go to Order Dashboard, Click on Return Request option below order information. 

Do I need to pay shipping charges?

No, Forward and Reverse shipping charges are borne by us. You will receive refund of shipping charges upon the product receipt.

When do I receive my refund?

Once we receive the product back at our warehouse. After quality inspection, the refund process will be initiated and the payment will reflect in your bank account in 5-6 working days.

Where do I receive my refund?

For Prepaid Orders, the refund amount will be reflected back to the source.

For COD Orders, the refund amount will be reflected in the bank account provided by you. We will send a link to you to fill in the bank details in which you want your refund.

Till when can I return the product?

You can place the return request up to 10 days from the date of receiving the order.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS 

When can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped from our warehouse by simply clicking on the Cancel Order option under the order details menu in the dashboard. If the order has been shipped, then the product will follow the complete order cycle. If you wish to return the product, you can click on Return Request Option under the order details menu. There would be no charges for reverse shipping of the product back to our warehouse.

When do I get refund if I cancel my order ?

The refund will be disbursed on a priority basis (0 - 1 day) if you cancel the order before it is marked shipped.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Can I get my order before expected delivery date ?

For urgent orders, Expedite Shipping option is available at additional cost. Just write us a mail - support@tothenines-store.com or leave a message on chat. We will get back to you on call or mail asap.

Is a gift wrap option available?

Yes, it is available.

Can I change the delivery address after it is marked shipped ?

Once the order is shipped, we cannot deliver to different delivery address.

Can I add a special note to my gift?

Yes.
