RETURNS

You may submit a return request via our WhatsApp number or email.
The customer is responsible for the reverse shipping charges.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the product back at our warehouse, a quality inspection will be done following which the refund process will be initiated and the payment will reflect in your bank account in 5-6 working days.
For Prepaid Orders, the refund amount will be reflected back to the source.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund amount will be credited to the bank account provided by the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will only be permitted until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
