SHIPPING

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at no extra charge for order values above ₹999. However, for orders below this value, there will be an additional fee of ₹50.

RETURNS

• You may submit a return request via our WhatsApp number or email.
• The customer is responsible for the reverse shipping charges.

REFUNDS

• Once we receive the product back at our warehouse, a quality inspection will be done following which the refund process will be initiated and the payment will reflect in your bank account in 5-6 working days.
• For Prepaid Orders, the refund amount will be reflected back to the source.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund amount will be credited to the bank account provided by the customer. 

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations will only be permitted until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
