RETURNS

- The customer is responsible for the reverse shipping charges.
REFUNDS
- Once we receive the product back at our warehouse, a quality inspection will be done following which the refund process will be initiated and the payment will reflect in your bank account in 5-6 working days.
- For Prepaid Orders, the refund amount will be reflected back to the source.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund amount will be credited to the bank account provided by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
