RETURNS
- You can return the product by clicking on the Return Request option below Order Information.
- You can place the return request up to 10 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Forward and Reverse shipping charges are borne by us.
REFUNDS
- Once we receive the product back at our warehouse, quality inspection will be done following which the refund process will be initiated and the payment will reflect in your bank account in 5-6 working days.
- For Prepaid Orders, the refund amount will be reflected back to the source.
- For COD Orders, the refund amount will be reflected in the bank account provided by you. We will send a link to you to fill in the bank details in which you want your refund.
- The refund will be disbursed on a priority basis (0 - 1 day) if you cancel the order before it is marked shipped.
CANCELLATION
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped from our warehouse by simply clicking on the Cancel Order option under the order details menu in the dashboard. If the order has been shipped, then the product will follow the complete order cycle. If you wish to return the product, you can click on Return Request Option under the order details menu. There would be no charges for reverse shipping of the product back to our warehouse.
